Down Payment Assistance.
Our owner financed homes don't require a bank mortgage. And if you don't have the down payment saved, our lending partners may finance that too — so you can close with nothing out of pocket.
How Down Payment Assistance Works
See How Much You Qualify For
Applying takes just 60 seconds. Lenders use your income and a soft credit pull to determine your offer — no hard inquiry, no impact on your credit score.
See Your Offers
Your information goes to multiple lenders. Each one shows you how much they will lend and the terms they offer — so you can see the full picture of your down payment assistance. Depending on the lender, proof of income may be required to finalize your offer.
Shop for Homes With Confidence
Once you know how much down payment assistance you qualify for, search homes right here on our site and choose the one you're interested in.
Your number is already in hand.
How Much Should You Request?
Closing costs typically run about 11% of the total home price — including inspection, attorney fees, and required costs. That's why we recommend requesting double the down payment — it covers closing costs and leaves room for moving expenses.
Enter a down payment amount to see your recommended funding request.
Requesting more than you need is fine — you're never required to use the full amount. This is simply guidance so you don't come up short at the closing table.
Before You Apply — Please Read
We connect you with lending partners for down payment funding. We make this connection available through our service, and a 10% service fee on the funds you receive applies. Example: if you receive $20,000 in funding, the service fee is $2,000.
This fee is separate from your loan — it is paid to Alpha Worldwide LLC for arranging this opportunity, and is disclosed here before you apply. After the down payment assistance reaches your account, you will receive an ACH request for the 10% service fee.
Your initial application uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry only happens if you choose to accept a lender's offer.
